My Highlights of the year.

It was a highlight for me because   Cross Country was so cool.Because I am good at it. But I was proud of myself. I was amazed at myself.

Line Tag was so amazing because you can play with your friends . And It was so cool because  the tagger had to tag you. I got tagged but it’s okay.

MY highlight of the year was The junior Disco. It  was the best time ever because I LOVE!!!!! dancing. I  was dancing

Human Knot was my favourite game.It was very hard for me because my wrist was hurting. And it was so bad. I was laughing so so SO!!! hard.

Chuck it in the Bin

Skipping Relay

On Monday morning I lined up to do something. I was put in team line's. Miss King  told me what I was going to do.  We were going to do skipping. I was very very excited to do some skipping. Miss King told us about skipping. Two teams were doing the  big rope and the other two teams were doing the little ropes.  My team Te Aurere was jumping with the big rope.  I tried to run and jump but it was too hard. I tried to jump over the rope but I almost face planted and almost got tangled and I nearly skid on my hand. After that  we went back to class and every one was talking about all the fun that they had had.

The immersion Assembly

On Monday morning I wondered what this term would be like. I came to school and put my bag away. After I put my bag away I lined up and couldn't wait to find out what we were doing. The Teacher's were performing a dance and drama show. They surprised us with their amazing and super acting talent. They made as laugh  with their crazy facials. I was so Excited. I knew that this term would be the best term ever because it' all the stuff I like Doing This is a great way to end the year.      

Human Knot.

On a cloudy, windy day Miss king told the block about the human knot game. After Miss King told us about the game, we waited for her to call out our teams. once Miss King had called out all the teams we were excited to play the game. We lined up on to the hard court outside the block. We had to stand in a circle and put our right hand in and our left hand in. And we had to had to hold our friend's wrists. But i was falling  over and laughing and giggling. When we finished the game it started to rain. So we ran across to the trees I zoomed across the fied, and when I got to the trees I was so Breathless and worn out. I hope Miss King will never tell us to do it again.

Cross Country Recount

On Monday it was cross country. We lined up and we were sitting on the concrete. I was so frighted. I was feeling so nervous. Before we hot our race we did our house chant. I was hot and thirsty and nervous . I was talking and playing games with my friends . Mrs Clarke came and took us to the start line                                                                                                              When I was running on the grass it was so painful I passed lots of people. My heart was beating so fast.                                                                                                                                                                                                                             When I got to the Finish line I collapsed!  but I finished the race. I was so proud of my self. First I researched my sea creature. I wrote about my creature. Next I Drew my sea creature. I made a draft copy of my poster. I made my final poster with crayons. And then I recorded my voice over for my animation.

Hockey Recount

On Thursday we went outside and put on our smelly shoes. It was time to go to hockey. We  walked  10m across the court under the hot sun. when we got there when waited to have our turn. Once we got there I was so excited to learn new skills. We had to get a coloured stick. Next we had to go into the green team or the blue team. After we chose we had to go on the opposite sides. when we go on the opposite side we got on the yellow line and did a warm up and played River Bank. When we played River Bank the coach called "River Bank" and who ever won were the best. I enjoyed playing hockey.

Waterfall Description.

As I walked through the forest I heard a loud noise. Curious to see what it was, I walked into deeper into the forest.And what I saw was a gorgeous waterfall with slippery smooth rocks hitting the ground when water was cascading over the edge . Surrounding the pool were green and lush trees. The view was simply spectacular! After we saw the view, we ate our lunch and listened to the rushing water come down. It sounded like a meteor coming down to the waterfall. It was simply breathtaking. I was just so surprised.
